Use this form to request space in the Watt Center for your event. Events do not include meetings.
Describe each activity in your event above and add the room requirements for those activities for each of the spaces your event will utilize. Technology available will depend on the room selected. The event holder is responsible for setting up and cleaning up the event spaces.
If you would like to use the Watt Center screens for advertising/supporting events please reserve media displays.
If so, please enter the preferred date, time, and attendee info in the above event schedule table.
The Watt Center atrium is the only location where food/drink is allowed. *see Appendix D
