ABOUT

Sponsored by the Division of Research, the Graduate School, Undergraduate Studies and the Watt Family Innovation Center, Research and Innovation Month will highlight the accomplishments of Clemson’s students, faculty, and staff, by advertising your events that take place in April.

Does your program have an annual wrap-up or display event in April? It might be a poster session, symposium, performance, exhibition, or any other format for displaying your accomplishments. Or perhaps you produce workshops or seminars on research, inquiry and/or innovation topics.

During Research+Innovation Month, we’ll advertise ALL such events taking place at Clemson. The goal is to gain greater public recognition of the scope of our research and innovation accomplishments. We'll also gain a better appreciation among ourselves about activities throughout the university.

Who's involved?

Everyone associated with Clemson - whether you are on campus or at remote sites.

We are so proud of the amazing culture of curiosity and determination that we have here at Clemson University so please join us in taking part in Research+Innovation Month!

What's new in 2016?

We are excited to feature several new events in 2016. In addition to Graduate Research & Discovery Forum (GRADS), Three-Minute Thesis Competition, and Focus on Creative Inquiry, this year's program includes a Team Science Workshop featuring Dr. Michelle Bennett, Deputy Scientific Director for the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health, a grantwriting workshop presented by the National Endowment for the Humanities, and a Fulbright Scholar Program presentation by the Council on International Exchange. Follow @ResearchCU on Twitter to view live streams of select Research+Innovation Month events.
